Slow motion is better than no motion. As long as you’re moving forward, you’re moving forward. That shit compounds. It’s way better to grow in a way you can actually maintain than to go balls to the wall and fuck shit up.
I’ve blitzscaled before. It’s fun, it’s fast, but it brings a ton of problems.
This is how to avoid getting wrecked by holds and bans.
📊 Accounting & Forecasting
- Have a bookkeeper in place — or do it yourself.
- Forecast stock properly → lead times, reorders, etc.
- Easiest fix = hire a nerd on Upwork who knows supply chain + bookkeeping.
- Communicate tightly with your supplier → they should be updating you on when to reorder based on sales.
👉 If you scale without this and get hit with a Shopify hold, you’ll be pissed.
🛡️ Chargebacks & Payments
- Disputifier → non-negotiable.
- Keep chargeback rate under 0.3%.
- At 1%, Shopify flags you and bans your ass.
- Always have 1 backup high-risk processor ready.
- Don’t hoard them (monthly fees add up).
- One ready-to-go is enough.
- Once you’re scaling: move to private processing or headless checkout (Discord plug).
- Off-Shopify checkout.
- Link multiple processors.
- Subscription + MRR built in.
- PCI compliance handled.
Get tracking numbers generated fast, even if you can’t ship instantly. Customers just need updates.
If you need a connection to get you high-risk payment processor, send me a message in Discord.
Refund angry customers or toss them a gift card. Don’t let disputes build up.
💳 Shopify Payments
- New stores → 5-day holds.
- After 2–3 weeks → drops to 2-day.
- If you’ve got an older store with better payout → use it.
And again: don’t touch PayPal unless it’s wallet-linked.
📈 Ad Account Infrastructure
- Get a US LLC verified BM.
- Link it to Meta Pro Ad Accounts.
- Use a verified profile, warmed up slowly.
- Warm the profile for 1–2 days.
- Warm the BM before spending.
- Billing, biz info → all correct before launch.
- Launch an engagement campaign ($5/day) to build history.
👉 Don’t do dumb risky shit in new accounts. Build history first.
- Always have backups → BMs, pixels, pages.
- Once scaling → hook up Supremium.
- 3% of ad spend (good when small).
- Flat €5K/month retainer (good when big).
- They unban ads and accounts way faster than anything else.
🛒 Shopify Backup Stores
When scaling, backups aren’t optional:
- Set up a duplicate Shopify store under:
- Different proxy
- Different domain (similar to your main)
- Same template + apps pre-installed
If your main store gets banned or payouts frozen:
- Swap ads to new URL.
- Install pixel + FB/IG sales channel app.
- You’re live again in minutes.
🔍 Multi-Channel Backups
- Build backup Google accounts too.
- If Shopify or FB goes down, you can still pivot quickly.
Momentum and cashflow are everything when scaling. If you’re dark for days, you bleed hard.
🚩 Red Flags to Watch
- Chargeback rate creeping up → drop everything and fix it.
- Shipping delays → get on your supplier’s ass immediately.
- Ads rejected too often → slow down upload frequency.
If you ignore these, you’ll wake up to “Funds on hold” emails.
🤝 Customer Experience
This is the part most people ignore. Don’t.
- Support team should de-escalate pissed customers fast.
- Refunds > disputes.
- Product quality should be improving over time.
- Reviews matter. Trustpilot matters. Comments matter.
It’s easy to forget there are real people on the other side of the screen. Take care of them.
