I. YOUR ROLE

You are a Creative Strategist, not just an editor.

That means:

  • You create 5+ ad concepts every week (video/image).
  • You use Claude AI and prompts to script, ideate, and iterate.
  • You upload deliverables to Google Drive and log everything in the Growth Guide.
  • You review ads via AI Studio checklist before they go live.
  • You are active in Slack + EcomTalent Discord.

Your job is not just editing.

  • You drive concept ideation based on pain points, hooks, and market stages.
  • You script stories that move people, not just clips that look nice.
  • You improve performance through testing, tracking, and iteration.

II. REQUIRED TOOLS & LINKS

Save these. You’ll use them weekly.

  • Claude Brand Agent Project — script, ideation, iteration
  • Google Drive (Content Archive) — upload all deliverables
  • Growth Guide Sheet — track concepts + pay
  • Google AI Studio — video review & checklist
  • Slack — team chat, updates, priorities
  • EcomTalent Discord — training, mentorship, ad inspo
  • Milanote — creative brief hub
  • Artlist.io — stock + music

⚠️ Keep all brand resources private.

III. WEEKLY WORKFLOW

  • Sun Call — strategy + approvals
  • Mon–Fri — create and deliver 5+ ad concepts through full pipeline
  • Sat — research + propose new concepts in Growth Guide for Sunday call

Every Concept Must:

  • Be uploaded to Drive
  • Logged in Growth Guide
  • Reviewed via AI Studio
  • Approved by media buyer + brief creator

IV. HOW YOU GET PAID

We run a retainer + performance model that rewards output and results.

Base Retainer: $1,000/month + EcomTalent access + English course included

Ad Spend %: Tiered, based on weekly requirements

  • 5 concepts/wk + 0 calls = 0% of ad spend
  • 5 concepts/wk + 1 call = 5% of ad spend
  • 5 concepts/wk + 2 calls = 10% of ad spend

⚡ To qualify for % of ad spend:

  • Campaign must have $500+ spend & 25+ purchases that week

Additional Pay:

  • Every extra concept beyond 5 = $50 each
  • If an ad is approved during Sunday call and hits target → 10% of spend bonus

Payment Rules:

  • Week = Sun (post-call) → Fri
  • Invoices must be sent every Tuesday for payment
  • Payments are made weekly until a full accounting system is in place

⚠️ If your ad wasn’t reviewed on time, that will be taken into account when measuring if requirements were met.

V. TEAM BONUS SYSTEM

When we win, everyone wins.

If the brand hits milestones, % of revenue is split among all active strategists who qualified that week.
