📌 Core Responsibilities

1. Daily Output

  • 3 concepts/day → each with 3 variations = 9 ads minimum per day
  • Start all ads in 1:1 format
  • If an ad is marked Performer, create a 9:16 version within 24 hours

2. Upload & Organization

  • Upload completed variations into the shared Google Drive folder linked in Monday.com (Concept Link column)
  • Use the correct naming format:
    • ConceptName_V1
    • ConceptName_V2
    • ConceptName_V3

3. Monday.com Workflow

  • Move task status to In Progress when starting
  • Add the Concept Link (Google Drive folder) after upload
  • Move task to Needs Review when finished

🎨 Design Standards

  • Clear, bold headlines (big fonts)
  • Use contrasting colors for visibility
  • Highlight keywords (shapes, emojis, arrows)
  • Simple, bold layouts (avoid clutter)
  • Must grab attention in 1 second
  • Follow brand guidelines but experiment for scroll-stopping impact

🔀 Variation Rules

Each concept = 3 true variations:

  • Different layout structure
  • Changes to visual hierarchy
  • Headline tweaks
  • Color/background shifts

✅ Proper variation means each ad feels unique enough to test performance.

🛠 Approved Tools & Resources

Use tools that maximize speed + quality:

  • CreativeOS → Saved templates for fast turnaround
  • ChatGPT / AI tools → Generate backgrounds, stock-style assets, or concepts
  • Higgsfield AI (test) → Experimental visuals for pattern-breaking ads
  • Mockup generators → For realistic product showcases

📂 Workflow

  1. Check Monday.com for new briefs
  2. Open Milanote (or equivalent) for creative direction
  3. Use templates + AI tools to produce concepts quickly
  4. Upload all variations → Add link to Monday.com
  5. Move task to Needs Review
  6. If marked Performer → make 9:16 format within 24 hrs

  • 9 ads/day minimum output
