As our Influencer Manager, you’re the bridge between our brand and the creators who help tell the story. You’ll manage the creator seeding program, coordinate communication, track UGC content, and help us scale rapidly.

🎯 Primary Goal
Build and manage a strong ambassador network of creators who:
- Receive product in exchange for content
- Submit at least 2 authentic pieces of UGC per product
🛠️ Tools You’ll Use
You’ll be given access to:
- Team Chat (Slack/Discord) → Daily communication & updates
- Google Sheet CRM → Track creator applications, signed agreements, shipping needs
- Google Drive (or equivalent) → Organize submitted creator content
- Outreach Tool (OpenPhone, Meta DMs, etc.) → SMS & DM outreach
- Meta Business Suite (or IG/FB tools) → Creator communication
- Creator Sourcing Tool (KaloData, TikTok search, IG, etc.) → Find new creators
📅 Daily Responsibilities
1. Manage Creator Applications
- Check CRM daily
- Reach out to new applicants using provided outreach scripts
- Send agreement form to selected creators
- Once signed:
- Update CRM → "Signed – Ready to Ship"
- Flag order for fulfillment
2. Organize & Track UGC Content
- Collect all submitted content
- Upload to Drive, organized by: Creator Name / Content Type / Date
- Highlight top-performing submissions in team chat
3. Creator Outreach
- Use approved channels (OpenPhone, Meta DMs, etc.)
- Source creators on TikTok, Instagram, TikTok Shop, and creator platforms
- Focus outreach on creators aligned with the target audience (adjust per brand/product)
- Invite qualified creators to apply or collaborate
4. Communication
- Keep the team updated in chat:
- Common feedback from creators
- Questions or concerns raised
- Delays, standout wins, or submissions
- Be proactive — you’re the voice of the brand to creators
📈 Growth Targets
- First 60 Days: Onboard 500+ active creators
- First 50 Submissions: Launch creator community hub (e.g., Discord/Slack)

Once 50 creators submit content:
- Launch community hub (Discord or Slack)
- Set up basic channels: Announcements, Resources, Support, Content Drops
- Create a simple onboarding workflow for new creators
- Use the hub to centralize communication, run calls, and share updates
