ReCharm was massive for us. It automatically tags, organizes, and saves all of your Google Drive content β and then clips it into b-roll for editors. It even transcripts everything.
This meant:
- We could pump out content fast
- All our b-roll stayed organized (no more digging through random folders)
- If Google Drive got too full, we could delete old footage knowing b-roll was already clipped and safe in ReCharm
- Every editor had shared access, so when we added new team members, they were instantly up to speed
- For big projects, we could just download all the b-roll from ReCharm and pass it straight to whoever needed it
π Takeaway: ReCharm turned our messy content storage into a system. This alone leveled up scaling because editors werenβt wasting time hunting files β they were just creating.
