📦 Kaching Bundles
I use this for all bundling. My setup is basic but it works.
- Have my complete setup above using the figma link
- Different offers work, so test at the start.
- If you’ve got budget: A/B test 2 completely different offers and double down on the winner.
- If you’re tight on budget: run something basic that you know converts (BOGO, buy 1 get 2, buy 3, etc.).
👉 Always look at competitors and what they’re offering.
👉 Use transparent background pack images → easy to show discounts and add-to-cart.
Always start with simple bundles that make sense. Don’t overcomplicate shit until you’re scaling.
📰 Instant / GemPages
For pre-landers, listicles, advertorials → I use Instant.
- GemPages has better templates, but Instant has always been easy for me.
- On my main scaling brand we used a super basic pre-lander — I’ll drop the screenshot.
- Copy/paste it, swap copy + images, test a new angle.
👉 Doesn’t matter which builder (Instant / GemPages / PageDeck).
👉 What matters: clean copy → pre-lander → funnel flow.
🔑 Additional Notes
We didn’t even use pre-landers at the start. Only once we were scaling did we plug them in depending on market angle.
So my advice:
- Start direct to product page.
- Find which marketing angles work first.
- Don’t waste time building 10 pre-landers before you even know what works.
I’ll go over exactly how we used them + my prompts in a later section. For now, skip them until you’re scaling.
Direct to product > pre-landers, until you know your winning angles.
🔄 Zipify OCU Post Purchase
Absolutely essential. Post-purchase upsells print money.
- My setup: product is free, shipping is whatever my CAC/profit target is.
- Example: Product free + $13 shipping → made +$7 revenue per visitor, ~30% conversion rate.
Issues:
- Multi-country setups don’t always display unless markets are configured.
- In the US → works amazing.
A/B test your post-purchase daily. A cracked upsell makes the front-end breakeven and everything else pure profit.
🛒 UpCart
Slide cart I use by default. AMP Slide Cart is solid too.
If you’ve got a good theme like Shrine, you can use their slide cart. Just make sure:
- TrustPilot + payment badges under cart.
- Urgency: “Your order reserved for 5–10 minutes.”
- Free shipping bar.
- Progress bar.
- Optional cross-sell → but be careful.
I’ve seen conversions drop and FB comments saying “you auto-added products.”
So test. Maybe leave upsells off until you’re scaling.
💬 TxtCart
Shoutout Kyle (he posts on X, that’s how I found it).
- Tried all the big SMS recovery apps. TxtCart smoked them all.
- Insanely easy to set up.
- Instantly started printing.
- Stupid cheap for what it returns.
We had a 50x ROAS at one point (free trial). I’ll never use another SMS recovery app.
This is one of the most plug-and-play profit apps I’ve ever used.
⭐ Judge.me
Review app. I use the Awesome plan but hack it like this:
- In “text,” change to show 4.8 stars, 10,000+ reviews.
- Auto-generate reviews with ChatGPT and import.
- I’ll drop my exact prompt + link in here.
That way, you’ve got 100+ reviews on launch. Then tweak text to make it look like thousands.
📍 Track123
Tracking page. Always have it.
- Set it up so emails auto-update.
- Put it in your menu so customers can check anytime.
- This improves conversion rate because it builds trust before purchase.
📊 TrueProfit
Use this for live profit tracking.
- I like it more than Triple Whale for profit.
- Triple Whale is better for attribution + if you pay for higher plan the AI is insane.
- But for straight profit tracking, TrueProfit is cleaner.
🛡️ Disputifier
Non-negotiable. You need this before you scale.
- Blocks chargebacks.
- Saves your ass when shit goes sideways.
- If you don’t set it up correctly → 3 chargebacks in a week = store gone.
If you fuck up Disputifier setup, Shopify will nuke you. They don’t care, they’ll take your money and ban you instantly.
That’s my stack. Simple, clean, all killer no filler.
