I doubt many of you need this, but I’m putting it here just in case. This is exactly how I set everything up.
🛒 Shopify Store
Start with Shopify.

Use it. Use it unlimited times.
I still use it every single time. There’s no point in paying full price for a basic setup.
- Always start on the most expensive plan for features.
- Put a reminder in your calendar: 1 week before renewal, downgrade to the cheapest plan unless you’re truly at the scale where Plus makes sense (which is almost never).
So I’ll run a store for 3 months, pay $1/month, while getting $200/month worth of features. Then at the end, I just downgrade.
Cheap in, max features, downgrade at the end. That’s how you do Shopify.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Don’t sleep on this part.
- I always start with free shipping. That way it’s not a variable killing conversions.
- Later you can test charging if you want.
- Make sure your shipping zones and delivery settings are airtight before launch.
- Run test orders yourself.
Nothing worse than 20 add-to-carts and 1 purchase just because your shipping setup was fucked.
🛠️ Tools & Supplier
- Toolsuite → all the starter software you need. If you can’t customize yourself, use this.
- Shopify apps → I’ll break this down in its own section later.
- Supplier → I use this one (WhatsApp number below).
- No MOQ
- Can source basically anything
- Direct negotiation on pricing and quality
- Super responsive

👉 Always cross-check other suppliers on X, Discord, etc. My girl might not always have the best rates. Always quality check every single time before scaling.
🏦 Banking & Payments
- Mercury → easiest online setup. Multiple virtual cards, multiple accounts, all online. I still use this for starting.
- When you’re doing big numbers, move to traditional banking.
- My Wealth consultants can get you Chase private banking or setups in Dubai / EU.
- They personally work with top names in the space, and owner even runs his own 8-figure e-commerce Brand
PayPal → Don’t connect directly to Shopify. Only safe way is PayPal Wallet through Shopify Payments. Anything else = you’re fucked.
Shopify Payments → New stores = 5-day payout hold. After 2–3 weeks of consistency and low chargebacks, it drops to 2-day. If you’ve got an older store with faster payouts, use it.

High-risk processors → Send me a message on discord. I’ve got a guy who will set you up if needed.
Mercury & Shopify Payments is fine for starting. When you scale, move to Chase and private processing.
📈 Ad Account Infrastructure

- Keep accounts clean and unlinked.
